4 cups Vodka (The higher quality the better)
3 Jalapeno peppers, sliced
In an air tight container, combine vodka and jalapeno slices. Seal the container tightly with a lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 days. Do not let the jalapeno infuse for more than 1 week, the longer it sits the stronger it will be. Remove the jalapeno. Serve mango juice for a Spicy Mango Cocktail.
*For less spice, remove the seeds from the Jalapeno peppers before slicing.
