For the gazpacho lovers
Ingredients:
1 cup diced Tomato
¼ Red Pepper
½ Avocado
1 tablespoon chopped Red Onion
1 cup Spinach
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ or ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Olive oil, add last
Handful of ice if you want it colder
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well.
