Roasted Crispy Chickpeas

– 1 can Garbanzo Beans

– 1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

– 2 TBSP Fresh Parsley, finely minced

– Salt

– Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Toss garbanzo beans with olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Make sure all are evenly coated. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place seasoned garbanzo beans on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 35 minutes.
