Israeli Couscous Salad

1 cup Israeli Couscous

4 Persian Cucumbers

1/2 lb. cherry tomatoes

3 oz. crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp vinegar

1. Make a batch of Israeli couscous per box instructions

2. Chop persian cucumbers and cherry tomatoes

3. Top with crumbled feta, olive oil and vinegar

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste

5. Mix in the couscous and voila!
