This small, austerely decorated restaurant offers delicious Japanese classics and sushi. Chef Sotohiro Kosugi is a 3rd generation sushi chef, who you see working behind the sushi bar most nights. With fresh fish a top priority, the fish is flown in fresh five times a week. Although most dishes are raw, the gently cooked menu items are equally as delicious as the raw delicacies.
