Many people say to love New York you have to leave it every now and then, so this summer we’ve tried to do just that. But really we’ve found that while we’ve attempted weekend getaways and day trips, our New York keeps calling us back. All New Yorkers know the pull of NYC’s character, which hits on all the senses. This week though, the sense we’re celebrating is scent, and the scent we’re celebrating is DKNY MYNY. It’s sophisticated, spunky and playful…all the things a New York girl should be. We didn’t think you could bottle the spirit of Manhattan, but apparently you can…in a heart-shaped bottle that is.
Like any special scent, this one took us on a journey through all our favorite haunts in New York City. From the brunch at Jeffrey’s Grocery, to croissants and espressos at Buvette, to a stroll through the Strand Bookshop, all the way to Elizabeth Street Garden – we were inspired to explore all the reasons we love NYC; turns out there’s a lot of them. The main one being, everyone’s New York is different, so what’s yours? Get lost in ours below, and share your MYNY story here starting today!
