This boulangerie/patisserie on the outskirts of town is a hidden gem that every local in the know frequents. Stéphane Vandermeersch, a Pierre Hermé–trained pastry chef and baker, owns this vintage shop that offers sublime pastries, breads, and quiches to devotees. He especially has a cult following for his weekend-only kouglof cakes, which regularly sell out within the hour.
