Originally only an ice cream truck, Van Leeuwen has now expanded into two stores in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Their milk comes from hormone-free, pasture raised cows of Upstate New York, and their flavors are all painstakingly crafted with the utmost care and creativity. The ingredients are all well-curated, and even the most basic of vanilla flavors, manages to be elevated and transformed by their ingredients and care.
