Blueberry Lemonade Mint Ice Pop

Makes 6 Ice Pops

Juice from 6 lemons

2 cups water

2 tbsp agave nectar

3 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped

1 cup blueberries

Using a wooden spoon muddle blueberries. Stir together lemon juice, waters, agave nectar, and mint to make the lemonade. In each mold place a layer of muddled blueberries followed by a layer of lemonade.  Keep filling the mold with layers until completely full. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
