The “bay to bar” philosophy at Hog Island Oyster Co is part of the reason for the hot spot’s hype. The joint’s shellfish connoisseurs and oyster farmers are known for their own grown “Hog Island Sweetwater.” A couple of these and some of their famous clam chowder will make it all worth the wait in line you may have to endure.
