This new restaurant from Andre Balazs and John Fraser (of Dovetail) features a seasonal and local menu with a focus on simplicity. Katie Lee (of Food Network’s The Kitchen) recommends the grilled sweet potato and carrots wellington. The restaurant is attached to the Standard Hotel in the East Village, and is worth a visit for both the food and the scene.
