12-15 Mint leaves
1/2oz Amaro Cio Ciaro
1/2oz Apricot Shrub
2oz Chamomile Old Forester Bourbon
Ice: Pebble
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Glass: Double Old Fashioned
Method: Add mint to tin, add ingredients, dry whip, dump in glass. Fill with pebble ice, make sure mint makes a bed at the bottom of the glass. Add straw and mint sprig garnish next to straw, so it is directly under the imbibers nose.
