Almond Smoothie

healthy smoothie with almond milk dates and bananas


1 cup Almond Milk

1.5 tbsp Almond Butter

1 Date

1 Banana

1 tsp Honey

2-3 tbsp Chia Seeds


1. Put 1 cup of Almond Milk, 1.5 tablespoons of Almond Butter, 1 date, and 1 ripe banana into a Vitamix or blender.

2. Add a teaspoon of honey, a pinch of cinnamon or cacao, and 2-3 tablespoons of Chia Seeds (optional, but good for you).

3. Add a handful of ice, depending on how cold you like it (too much ice will make it a bit more like a slushy).

4. Blend and Serve.
