classic manhattan cocktail

2 parts Michters Rye

1 part Cocchi Del Torino (Sweet Vermouth)

3 dashes of angostura bitters (per cocktail)

Serve over ice

*When we load the barrels, we do 8 bottles Michters to 4 bottles Cocchi¬†with a half bottle of the bitters. It’s about 7 gallons.
