baked citrus green beans


1 shallot

1 lemon cut in wedges

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Almond slices

Mix beans with shallots, lemon wedges, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Put in oven at 360 degrees for 8 minutes. Add the almonds and serve hot.
