Flan Caramel

caramel pudding custard recipe


6 eggs

2-3 tablespoons sugar

½ l milk

Lemon zest



Make the caramel in the bottom of the oven dish.

Beat the egg. Mix in the sugar.

Heat the milk, lemon zest and vanilla together. Temper your eggs with one ladle of hot milk and stir this mixture into the rest of the milk.

Pour into your prepared oven dish. Bake at 360°F for 45 minutes in a bain marie.
