If you’re going to eat in Brooklyn but don’t want to specifically feel like you’re eating in Brooklyn, this may just be the place for you (does that make sense?) Off the lobby of the Wythe Hotel, the grand setting of Reynard’s almost manages to outshine the food itself. The recently refurbished factory building boasts high ceilings, big windows, and expansive exposed brick walls that makes every space-starved manhattanite drool before even reading the menu. The American Nouveau food has yummy comfort items like Squab with Savory Bread Pudding, Sweet Potato Soup and Hen of the Woods. This is definitely the definition of a “feel good” spot in every aspect.
“Reynards at the Wythe Hotel…swoon.” – Athena Calderone (Interior Designer)
