Sisco Sour

lime and cucumber cocktail

1/3 of a cucumber

1oz fresh lime juice

1oz simple syrup

– 2oz of vodka

– blend the cucumber, lime juice & simple syrup in a blender for 30-45 seconds

– filter with a thick strainer into a long drink glass with cubed ice

– add 2ox of vodka

– fill the remainder of the glass with sprite

– gently stir

– garnish with a slice of cucumber and lemon

This cocktail originated in Posada Margherita and quickly became a favorite amongst the guests – it is a beachfront classic brought to the urban environment!
