A 54-seat cozy pizzeria in the heart of Chelsea, Co. is a creation from Sullivan Street Bakery’s Jim Lahey (king of all things dough). Lahey challenges usually pre-conceived notions about pizza, most often the combination of mozzarella and tomato. It’s crazy what he makes you realize can go on pizza…crazy good that is.
