Chef Danny Bowien is New York’s new Tour De Force, with the MCF concept he started in San Francisco and luckily graced our city with. Bowien does amazing twists on Chinese-American and Szechuan classics, and has basically redefined the oh-so-popular New York notion of “greasy Chinese food.”
