FROM DALE DEGROFF
1 1/2 oz 100% agave tequila
1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz agave syrup
Lime wedge to garnish
1. Place a tablespoon or two of salt on a plate. Rub the lip of your glass with a lime and dip in the salt.
2. Add ice to glass and set aside.
3. Combine tequila, lime juice, agave, ice and Cointreau in a separate glass and give it a good shake. Pour over ice and say cheers.
