2 oz. bourbon (buffalo trace is preferred)
1 oz. fresh lemon
1 oz. blueberry clove grenadine (see recipe below)
2 dash angostura
Shake with large ice cubes, careful not to shatter; then strain on large rocks with a lemon garnish.
Grenadine:
32 oz. 100% blueberry juice
32 oz. sugar
2 oz. cloves (mortared)
1 stick cinnamon (mortared)
Let steep refrigerated for 2 days, then strain, add 2 oz. vodka to stabilize (mixture will keep up to 1 month).
